Seeking a Temporary Digital Communications Analyst to support digital content, analytics, and reporting during a high-impact period. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to help optimize digital platforms, measure performance, and support organizational messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze website, email, and social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS reporting, social insights)

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness

• Support content updates across web and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Assist with email campaigns, digital storytelling, and audience segmentation efforts

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital communications strategy

• Collaborate with internal teams to support key initiatives, announcements, and events

Qualifications

• Experience in digital communications, marketing analytics, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools preferred

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
