As a Quality Assurance Specialist within PNC's AMG Tech organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA.

What we are looking for:

• Quality Assurance & Manual Testing Execution

Design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases and test scenarios to validate functional, regression, and end‑to‑end workflows across applications.

Document test results, defects, and test coverage using Xray and Jira, ensuring clear traceability to requirements and timely communication with development teams.

• Test Automation & Continuous Quality Improvement

Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, integrating automation into existing QA processes to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA peers to analyze defects, refine test strategies, and maintain QA documentation and standards within Confluence.

Job Description
Participates in the quality assurance process; follows procedures to ensure that all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements.
Performs code inspections, walk-throughs, design, and test-readiness reviews.
Reviews software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards.
Works on problem resolutions and reports progress to management. Plans, executes, and summarizes reliability and validation test cases; interfaces with developers on test results.
Assists in audits and reviews. Writes and executes test plans and cases for testing of software.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $85,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
