Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Review applications, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to ensure we hire the best team members.
• Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into our culture.
• Payroll Oversight: Ensure accuracy in time punches, manage PTO accruals, and oversee payroll processing.

Community Engagement

• Build relationships with local high schools and colleges.

Organizational Support

• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with new hires to ensure alignment with our values.
