The Plumbing Estimator & Project Manager plays a key role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects. This position is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, preparing estimates, awarding subcontracts, and supporting field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

This position is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, preparing estimates, awarding subcontracts, and supporting field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, this role involves managing communication with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams, while monitoring project costs, schedules, and compliance with standards.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for both hard bid and negotiated plumbing projects.
• Break down estimates for job costing prior to project commencement.
• Obtain necessary municipal approvals, permits, and licenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing estimating and project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications and blueprints.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
