RV Service Advisor
Hufnagel & Majors, Inc. is looking for a motivate SERVICE ADVISOR! Come join a winning team that offers a family business atmosphere, nice work environment, benefits, and a true locally owned business! Job Functions:
- Customer Communication: Greet customers promptly, listen to complaints, and translate customer-reported issues into accurate, detailed work orders for technicians.
- Estimation & Scheduling: Prepare repair estimates, secure authorization, and schedule service appointments to maximize efficiency.
- Status Updates: Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, explaining technical issues and providing updates on timelines.
- Service Coordination: Act as the liaison between the customer, technicians, and manufacturer (for warranty claims).
- Quality Control & Delivery: Inspect completed work to ensure quality, review final charges with customers, and collect payments.
- Sales & Upselling: Recommend necessary preventative maintenance or additional products to enhance the RV experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills for managing customer expectations and resolving complaints.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of RV systems (plumbing, electrical, appliances).
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple work orders and prioritize tasks.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with dealership management software and payment systems.
