Qualifications Required
Associate degree or higher
Hospice (2+ years)
1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Other EMR
TruChart EHR
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)
Have you spoken with a Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)? (yes)
Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)
Have you applied to or worked for AHNHealthcare@Home anytime in the last 6 months? (no)
Preferred
Please provide your RN License number.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
Meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule
Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details
Schedule: F/T M-F 8-5 (sharing on-calls for holidays 2 per yr) Travel
Local travel required
Comp:$78,000 Yearly
