Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels:

• Experienced Carpenters:
  • If you have hands-on framing experience, strong technical skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods, we want to hear from you!
• Entry-Level Carpenters:
  • New to the field? No problem—as long as you’ve completed a technical program in carpentry, we’ll provide the on‑the‑job training to help you grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Frame residential structures according to plans and specifications
• Safely operate carpentry tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet project timelines
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow all jobsite safety protocols

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
• Required for entry-level: Completion of a carpentry-focused technical school or training program
• Preferred for experienced candidates: Proven framing experience and knowledge of construction best practices
