Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Tree Service Estimator to join our growing team at Elevated Tree Care & North Hills Tree Service. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and has interest in a career in a hands-on industry. You do not need previous arborist or tree care experience—we provide training.

As a Tree Service Estimator, you’ll meet with customers on-site, assess their needs, and prepare accurate service estimates. This position is focused on customer service, professionalism, and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Visit residential and commercial properties to meet with customers
• Listen to customer concerns and evaluate trees and property conditions
• Recommend appropriate tree services such as pruning, removals, and maintenance
• Prepare clear, professional quotes and proposals
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure accurate scope and smooth job execution
• Maintain records of estimates, customer interactions, and job details
• Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner
• Potential for outside sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (required)
• Ability to walk properties and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (required)
• Interest in outdoor work and learning a skilled trade
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using mobile devices, email, and basic CRM software

Experience & Training

• No prior arborist or tree care experience required
• Full training provided on tree species, safety considerations, and service recommendations
• Ongoing support and mentorship from experienced team members and ISA Board Master Certified Arborist

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $60,000 base salary (depending on experience) + bonus structure
• Bonus / Commission:
  • Commission earned on invoiced work/jobs
