Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Counts Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts standards

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  
• Conduct ongoing assessments of student development and progress
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
  
• Collaborate with staff and participate in professional development
  
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and program guidelines
  

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)

• PA teaching certification (preferred or required based on program)
  
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities

• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
  
• Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
  
• Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, and mealtime activities
  
• Communicate effectively with staff and families
  
• Follow all program policies and state regulations
  

Qualifications:

CDA (Child Development Associate) or willingness to obtain (preferred/required)

• Experience working with young children (preferred)
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
