Dentist in Private Office

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private family practice that is seeking an associate dentist as one of their associates relocating. The office has been in the community for many years and has a busy patient base.

They have many established patients already as well as a lot of new patients each month. They are seeking a full time dentist but would consider part time as well. Ideally they are seeking an experienced dentist.

The office does have a mix of FFS & PPOs. No Medicaid and no HMOs. They have an excellent and experienced staff to help support the dentist. They have 3 hygienists, 3 assistants and 1 EFDA.

General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If the dentist is proficient in more advanced procedures like implants or endo that is a plus but it is not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
