Booking & Scheduling Specialist
We are seeking an organized and proactive Booking & Scheduling Specialist to help coordinate client appointments, manage reservations, and keep timelines running efficiently from start to finish. This remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys client communication, and takes pride in ensuring every detail is handled accurately.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate bookings, appointments, and schedule updates
- Manage confirmations and ensure all details are accurate
- Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide timely updates
- Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide professional, responsive support throughout the booking process

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable learning new systems
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain, or Australia
