All Around Property Care is a full-service landscaping company located in Monroe County, PA. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team of landscape professionals as a Landscape Foreman . We are known for our attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and great work atmosphere. To ensure that our team members enjoy a great work/life balance, we schedule four-day work weeks (weather permitting).

Description of Position: A Landscape Foreman is responsible for ensuring that their recurring accounts are serviced on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Jobs include, but are not limited to, lawn maintenance, bed maintenance, and yard clean ups. This position will transfer into a snow removal position during the winter season. Snow removal is mandatory for all employees.

As our company continues to grow, and we expand our service area, there are many opportunities for professional growth from within. Daily performance incentives are available. An hourly base rate plus daily incentives equate to an average pay rate of $28-$35 per hour.

The Landscape Foreman will report directly to the company owner and will be responsible for ensuring that our standards are upheld every day. Qualified applicants will have a desire to treat every property like it is their own, be self-motivated, dependable, and have a positive attitude. All applicants must share a commitment to the highest standards in customer service, quality, and professionalism.

Necessary Skill/Qualifications:

• Must possess leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate.
• Openness and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Must be able to understand instructions and complete given tasks throughly.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with landscape equipment, preferably as a Foreman/Crew Leader.
• Prior experience running a mow route.
• Ability to safely operate all landscape equipment including but not limited to zero turn mowers, push mowers, walk behind mowers, weed whacker, chainsaw, leaf blowers, etc.
• Prior snow removal experience.
• Possess a valid Drivers License
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Dependability, attention to detail, good work ethic, and honesty.
• Must be able to obtain a PA DOT physical card (paid for by the company).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage day to day projects
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure good operating condition
• Ensure truck and trailer have proper equipment for each project
• Guarantee that all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines/standards are being upheld by all crew members
• Monitor and ensure that team members are following safety regulations to minimize accident risk
• Proper reporting of any accidents or customer complaints
• The Landscape Foreman will report directly to the company owner and will be responsible for ensuring our standards are upheld on everyday.
