Job Overview

As L&H Companies continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and skilled Field Installers to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install a variety of sign types, including illuminated and non-illuminated signage such as pylon, pole, monument, channel letters, ADA and interior lobby signage

· Operate with minimal supervision while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

· Interact courteously and professionally with clients, contractors, suppliers and team members

· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

· Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process

Preferred Qualifications

· Valid Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B preferred or willingness to obtain)

· Knowledge of basic and advanced electrical safety practices

· Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work at varying heights

· Strong hand-eye coordination and general physical stamina

· Familiarity with construction hardware and hand/power tools

· Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and site plans

· Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as needed

· Prior experience in sign installation or a related field is highly desirable

· Willingness to cross-train in other areas of the business

· OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

· Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude
