We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key part in maintaining the high level of service our reputation is built on. The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and daily office operations
- Maintain organized procedures and ensure attention to detail in all communications
- Help create a positive and professional office environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain the required license prior to start date
Must be Property and Casualty licensed or willing to obtain the required license in approved time period. Work Schedule
- In-office position
- Non -remote
- 5 days per week Monday -Thursday 8:30-4:30 Fridays 8:30 to 1:30 pm - Firm Schedule
