Case Packer - Bethlehem, PA

- Shift differential of $3/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts

- Post-Offer Background Check required
- Drug Screen and PFT Testing required
- Visually inspect product and manually pack bags of product into boxes to get them ready for shipment
- Weighing, recording, and pushing totes of scrap popcorn and taking it to trash
- Rework product as needed.
- Fill out all paperwork completely, accurately, and timely (including first case verifications, changeover/sanitation paperwork, etc.)
- Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices
- Following all company policies and procedures including safety, environmental, quality, and housekeeping requirements
- Perform shutdown, start up, and changeover procedures.
- Building displays, folding boxes as they come onto and off of the production line, packing bags of popcorn into boxes, and putting bags of popcorn onto displays.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment including sweeping and cleaning the area during down time
- Standing for long periods of time throughout a shift
- Following the direction of the plant leadership
- Working in a team environment with integrity and commitment to the established processes and procedures and treat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency of the English language (read, write, and speak English)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations and procedures in a food manufacturing facility
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
