Laser Operator - 1st Shift
Laser Operator
Pay: $17-20/hr.
Shift: 7am to 3pm (Mon - Fri)
Description:
- The Laser Operator will prepare and operate the Laser machine to fabricate product according to specifications. Utilizing measuring equipment to ensure that the product has met all specifications.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
- 1 year Laser Operation experience or translatable experience
- Ability to use measuring devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a non-climate control environment
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties:
- Receives work instruction, prints, and routers for jobs.
- Utilizes measuring devices daily to check and verify accuracy of work.
- Knowledge of laser machine operation and material limitations.
- Performs operator daily maintenance of machine and tooling as required.
- Capable of reading part drawings and understanding tolerance requirements.
- Monitor quality and maximize output of product.
- Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
