We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will help ensure every guest room is clean, comfortable, and ready for arriving guests. Your work plays an important part in creating a great experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and suites each day
- Strip and make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and restock room supplies
- Check that room features such as lights, television, and appliances are working properly
- Report missing items or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Follow proper safety procedures while performing housekeeping duties
- Maintain guest privacy, safety, and security while servicing rooms
- Turn in all lost and found items to the housekeeping office immediately
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure rooms are cleaned on time
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but not required
- High school diploma preferred
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 20 pounds
- Frequent standing, bending, stretching, and reaching
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable using housekeeping equipment and supplies
