- Installs, Supports, and upgrades computer hardware and software
- Experience in supporting: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PC or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM
- Provides on-site I.T. field support including installation, servicing , and repairing computer systems and equipment
