What You’ll Do

• Keep production running by maintaining and repairing motors, PLCs, AC/DC drives, interlocks, controls, and sensing devices.
• Install, wire, and commission new production equipment and upgrades.
• Read, update, and organize electrical schematics to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control issues methodically to root cause.
• Log work orders and parts usage accurately in our maintenance management system.
• Champion safety and environmental procedures in every task.
• Drive continuous improvement to elevate plant reliability and uptime.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years in an industrial manufacturing setting as an electrical or electronic technician.
• Fluency in reading electrical schematics and diagnosing sophisticated control systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and industrial control hardware.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule (days and nights).
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform climbing, bending, and stooping safely.
• Team-first mindset and professional work ethic.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
• Formal electrical training or technical education.
• Background in a union manufacturing environment.
