We are looking for a dedicated Labor Relations Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In the Labor Relations Coordinator role, you will play a pivotal part in managing labor-related processes and ensuring smooth communication between store managers and the labor department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between store managers and the labor department to resolve labor-related issues.

• Gather and analyze data on employee schedules, store operations, and hours of operation by directly contacting store managers.

• Utilize advanced Excel tools, such as Vlookups and pivot tables, to organize and interpret workforce-related information.

• Support labor management processes by preparing reports, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance with labor controls.

• Assist with additional HR-related tasks and projects as directed by leadership.

• Incorporate business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create insightful dashboards and reports.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within HR systems to support labor relations activities.

• Provide recommendations to improve labor processes and enhance operational efficiency

Other requirements for the Labor Relations Coordinator position include and are not limited to:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in functions like Vlookups and pivot tables.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor relations or HR-related roles.

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret workforce data.

• Familiarity with labor controls and compliance requirements is highly preferred.

• Experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between departments and store managers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HR systems and processes, with a focus on labor and employee relations.
