Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Home Care Liaison/Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong emphasis on networking and relationship building. While healthcare marketing experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a proven track record in sales and marketing from various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, caregivers, clients, and eldercare facilities to generate Home Care Staffing.
  • Meet or exceed established targets for client referrals from professional referral sources.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and follow up on form submissions, old leads, and more, using outbound phone calls for caregivers.
  • Represent Vita Blue Home Care professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.
  • Promote agency services and strengthen existing referral sources.
  • Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with healthcare professionals in the territory.
  • Coordinating Initial Intake visits with Consumers in person and/or virtually.
  • Creating Assessments and Plans of Care for all new clients
  • Coordinating care and assisting Case Management with client schedules
  • Assist in resolving consumer issues and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in generating new business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, monitor referrals, manage a sales territory, and build relationships with new and existing contacts.
  • Strong persuasive and educational writing and speaking skills.
  • Comfortable with closing deals and asking for business.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
