We are a trusted, established auto repair facility that has been serving our community for many years. Our team is dedicated to providing honest, high-quality service, and we are looking for a professional Service Advisor to be the bridge between our technicians and our customers.
Position Overview
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll guide them through the repair process, explain services clearly, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their service needs
Communicate repair recommendations in a clear and professional manner
Create accurate repair orders and estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
Keep customers informed on repair status and costs
Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive systems a plus
Valid driver’s license
