About the Role

A well-established litigation firm is actively seeking experienced labor and employment defense attorneys for its Philadelphia office. The firm represents employers in a broad range of employment matters across state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.

What You Will Do

• Represent employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA
• Defend clients before the EEOC, PHRC, and other administrative agencies
• Handle wage and hour defense including FLSA and Pennsylvania wage payment matters
• Draft and argue dispositive motions including summary judgment
• Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses and experts
• Advise employers on hiring, discipline, termination, and accommodation issues
• Manage cases from inception through trial preparation and resolution

Who You Are

• 2-7+ years of labor and employment defense experience
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
• New Jersey Bar admission is a strong plus
• Strong legal writer with practical judgment and client communication skills
• Experience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision
• Comfortable advising employers on day to day employment matters alongside active litigation
