Overview:

Mission of the Role:

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and daily operations during the overnight shift.

Essential Job Functions:

• Organize the shift and review & complete the following: remaining reservations, verify that all contigency reports have been run, resolve discrepancies with departments out of balance, verify no-shows and complete a walk report
• Reconcile daily financial transactions
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records
• Respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that arise during the night. Communicate with next shift associates by logging pertinent information throught the hotel's pass-along system
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move iterms weighing up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency with reservation and accounting systems
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $15.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
