Imagine this: It’s your first Tuesday on the job. Your appointments are already scheduled. No cold knocking. You inspect, educate, recommend, and confidently ask for the sale. You head home knowing exactly what you accomplished—and exactly what you earned.

What This Role Actually Is

This is a high-performance, in-home sales position.

You will:

• Sit face-to-face with homeowners

• Diagnose real problems

• Present solutions confidently

• Close deals on the spot

You will be selling:

• Pest control programs

• Termite protection

• Attic insulation

• Wildlife exclusion

• Home protection systems

These are real problems with real price tags.

If you are uncomfortable discussing money or asking for the sale, this is not for you.

We Are Not Looking For

We are not looking for beginners.

We are not looking for order takers.

We are not here to train people how to sell from scratch.

If you do not have real, in-person sales experience, do not apply .

Compensation (Read Carefully)

There is no commission cap .

Your income is directly tied to:
