Social Worker Responsibilities:
- Provide support to residents and their families.
- Conduct assessments and create care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Help residents access community resources.
- Lead support groups and educational programs.
- Keep us compliant with all the rules and regs.
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work.
- Valid Social Work license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care? Even better.
- Great interpersonal skills (we need a people person!).
- Team player with a compassionate heart.
