Technical Q/A Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Q/A Technical Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our new ERP system.

As a Q/A Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance (QA) team and processes for the ERP implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role will require a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed.
• Process Development: Establish and implement robust QA processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure efficient and effective testing.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the ERP system.
• Defect Management: Track, analyze, and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Automation: Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on QA progress and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on software testing.
• Proven experience leading and managing QA teams in a decentralized environment.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
