PositionSummary

TheCafManagerisresponsibleforoverseeingthedailyoperationsoftherinkcaf,ensuringhigh - qualityfoodservice,excellentcustomerexperiences,andcompliancewithallhealthandsafetystandards.Thisroleincludesfoodpreparation,staffsupervision,inventorymanagement,orderingsupplies,andsupportingcafoperationsforevents,parties,andSummerCampprograms.

TheCafManagerplaysakeyleadershiproleinkeepingthecafrunningefficiently,safely,andprofitablywhilecreatingawelcomingenvironmentforguestsandstaff.

FoodProduction &GuestService

Preparemenuitemsusingfryer,flat - topgrill,outdoorgrill,andoven
Assistcustomersattheregisterandprovideexcellentservice
Upsellmenuitemsandmaintainawelcomingcafenvironment
Handlecashandreconcileregisterbalancesattheendofshifts
Assistwithfoodpreparation,serving,andrestockingasneeded

Cleaning,Safety & HealthDepartmentCompliance

Maintaincleanlinessandsanitationstandardsinallcafandfoodprepareas
EnsureallproceduresmeetHealthDepartmentregulations
Maintainfoodsafetydocumentationandinspectionrecords

Inventory &Ordering

Orderandmaintaininventoryoffood,beverages,andcafsupplies
Managesuppliesforcafoperations,partycatering,andSummerCampprograms
Conductregularinventorycountsandmaintaintrackingsystems
Receiveandproperlystoredeliveriesaccordingtofoodsafetystandards
Planinventoryneedsforbusyseasons,events,andprograms

Administrative &OperationalDuties

Maintaininventorylogs,orderingrecords,andoperationalspreadsheets
Processinvoicesandmonitorcafexpenseswithinbudget
Assistwithmenuplanningandcostcontrol
Developproceduresthatimprovecafefficiencyandoperations
Cafe staff scheduling

Qualifications
