The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Software engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world working with our AI and Ambient technology driven cutting edge product by:

• Taking on the role of Software Engineer and Architecting/Developing a full stack solution targeted at reducing physician burnout and increasing physician patient engagement.
• Taking ownership of solutions meant to improve the quality of clinical documentation and improve patient care.
• Solving interesting and complex problems using state of the art technology with impactful outcomes.
• Working together with the customers, user experience, and other product groups.
• Participating and making your mark on the team's software development process
• Presenting your work during technical workshops and providing guidance and mentorship to your team members.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 1+ years of experience working with one or more modern programming languages (Java, C#, JavaScript, Go, Python), object-oriented programing concepts and design patterns.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Working knowledge of Cloud based platforms such as AWS/Azure
• Working knowledge of container-based technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Possessing, creative problem-solving skills
• An aptitude to learn new technologies and skills.
• Ability to work independently with good verbal and written communication skills.
