Civil Litigation Attorney

Pay: $108,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Note: Must be a Pennsylvania barred attorney in good standing with 2+ years of civil litigation experience.

Job Description

• Support and manage a mix of civil litigation matters, including commercial, real estate, and intellectual property related disputes
• Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs, and motions, including pre-trial motions
• Participate in hearings and litigation proceedings and assist with trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex civil litigation issues
• Work directly with clients to guide them through the litigation process and proactively manage risk
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and the broader litigation team on case strategy and execution

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience (Common Pleas experience is a plus)
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, client-focused, and collaborative working style
