This is a remote position.

American Trophy is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize domestic logistics operations across our manufacturing and distribution network. This role focuses on daily freight execution, performance management, cost control, and the development of best practices that ensure efficient, reliable, and customer-focused logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage daily functions and processes for the warehouse, material handling, shipping, and receiving operations.
  
• Includes safety, material flow, inventory control, warehouse management.
  
• Coordinate receiving/shipping functions, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered on a daily basis.
  
• Facilitate production by pre-staging / pre-weighing raw materials prior to initiation of batch/campaign.
  
• Ship Materials: Ensure on-time/in full delivery to customer as promised in conjunction with customer service, quality and transportation carriers.
  
• Partner with Customer Service, Production, Quality and other internal functions to ensure internal/external customer expectations are met/exceeded.
  
• Partner with Purchasing/Supply Chain department to assist in inventory control/management
  
• Provide effective leadership for supervisory staff. This includes coaching, counseling, training, and performance review.
  
• Receiving Materials: Ensure timely and accurate receipt and put away of incoming materials/packaging/supplies/etc. and proper entry into SAP system.
