HIGHLIGHTS

JOB TYPE: Full-Time & PRN Day (7am-7pm) & Night (7pm-7am) shifts available

FACILITY TYPE: 20 bed Small-Format Hospital (10 ER, 10 Inpatient)

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• 1 year of patient registration and insurance verification experience in a health care setting, required; 2 years preferred
• Emergency Department registration experience, strongly preferred
• Knowledge of various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, POS, Medicare, Medicaid) and payors, required.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Excellent customer service
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook), strongly preferred.
• Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
