Senior Data Scientist
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record in designing and deploying ML applications on structured and unstructured data.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages, with solid programming skills.
- Extensive experience working with distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep expertise in advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques within a business context.
- Strong ability to translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Experience with model deployment, MLOps practices, containerization, and orchestration systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI product development and GenAI solutions.
- Knowledge of automation in ETL processes and data visualization tools.
- Master’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience; PhD with 2+ years preferred.
- Extensive hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Prior exposure to enterprise AI initiatives and AI-centric product development.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with potential organization-wide impacts.
- Willingness to serve as a mentor and contribute to team best practices.
