Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community is a faith-based continuing care retirement community located in Danville, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1962 by the Sisters of Saints Cyril and Methodius, our community began as Maria Joseph Manor and has been lovingly known ever since as "The Home with a Heart." We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate healthcare team. Openings are available for full-time and part-time positions on first and second shifts, as well as part-time opportunities for every other weekend on third shift. We are pleased to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community, you will play a vital role in the health and well-being of our residents. Under the supervision of the nurse supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans. Your daily work will include administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents' conditions, recognizing and reporting changes in health status, and maintaining accurate documentation. Equally important, you will communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members while following all safety protocols and maintaining our high standards of care.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support our employees' professional growth and personal well-being. Wages are based on years of experience, and we provide shift differentials of $3.00 per hour for second shift and $1.00 per hour for third shift.
