Current Openings :
- LPNs needed to work shift assignments for health-room screenings, 1:1 assignments, field trips, school events, summer programs, and back up coverage through out the school year.
As a School Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Care for and support a student in a school setting for daily routine or field trips, health screenings, nurse’s room or one on one student assignments.
- Provides legible, clear written, or electronic documentation of all care provided, medications administered, etc.
- Establishes effective relationships with student and school staff members.
A few must-haves for Nurses:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active Nursing license
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Current clearances required for job assignment
- Knowledge of state and federal health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion
