We’re looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Lead to join our team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy a variety of residential remodeling and restoration projects, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Our work includes residential restoration, insurance rebuilds, remodeling, and home improvement projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.

What You’ll Do

• Complete residential restoration and rebuild projects.
• Perform remodeling work on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other living spaces.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Experience

Qualified candidates should have experience in several of the following:

• Drywall installation and repair
• Drywall finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Framing
• Flooring installation
• Tile installation
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Siding
• Roofing
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• General residential remodeling and restoration

What We’re Looking For

• Residential construction experience required
• Restoration or insurance rebuild experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Location

Projects are located throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding North, South, East, and West communities. Candidates must be willing to travel to various residential job sites.
