We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to contribute to a range of projects within our diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities :

• Project Design : Develop detailed engineering designs for municipal and site development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.

• Consultation : Provide site development consulting services, including feasibility studies and assessments for various land use projects.

• Floodplain Management : Assist in floodplain management and analysis, including preparation of floodplain studies and mapping.

• Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, surveyors, and environmental scientists, to ensure project success.

• Regulatory Compliance : Prepare and submit applications for permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Technical Documentation : Produce technical reports, specifications, and construction documents to support project deliverables.

• Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their project needs and provide professional insights and solutions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Maryland is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in municipal services and site development.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to clients and stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in design and documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
