Administrative Specialist
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and supporting basic bookkeeping functions
- Support onboarding processes for drivers, including coordination of documentation and background screening activities
- Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial documents
- Manage and maintain corporate records, files, and documentation systems
- Review and analyze incoming communications (memos, reports, submissions) to determine priority and appropriate distribution
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting materials
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5–7 years of administrative or executive support experience required
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executives strongly preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- MS Office Suite, document management and reporting tools
- Administrative systems, onboarding tools/background screening platorms a plus
- Experience within a corporate, logistics, or operations-driven environment is a plus
