The Principal Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that align with our business strategies, objectives, and IT roadmap. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business transformation through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into detailed technical specifications. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and comprehensive as-is and to-be process documentation, including business architecture models and technical documentation. Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value, leveraging best practices in architecture and design. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance business capabilities, focusing on scalability, performance, and security. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on business requirements, solution design, and implementation strategies. Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and programs, playing a critical role in large-scale ERP implementations, modernization of legacy business systems, integration of key business systems. These may include developing cloud migration strategies, building robust API ecosystems to connect disparate business applications, or designing enterprise data warehouses for actionable insights. Key member leading cross-functional collaboration, detailed architecture planning, and the adoption of leading-edge technologies to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms. Monitor and assess the impact of implemented solutions on business performance, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in business and solution architecture, business analysis, or a related role. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle, Azure, etc) and other relevant technologies. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Azure) and other relevant technologies. Extensive experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns, including RESTful services and event-driven architectures. Proficiency in ERP systems, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Analytics, and other business applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and design scalable, high-performance solutions. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery, including experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities. Proven ability to drive business transformation through technology, with a deep understanding of business processes and their relationship to enterprise systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF, Azure, Oracle) are a plus.Skills/Abilities Utilized in this Role Include

Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Proactive in identifying technology gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Capable of mentoring other architects and technical leads, promoting best practices in solution design and implementation.
