U Technician Laboratory

As a Laboratory Technician, you support our high complexity testing laboratories by preparing all blood components including centrifugation, separation, freezing, thawing, washing, storage, sterile docking, transformation, and filtration.

- Process all incoming donated blood products.
- Assure product qualify, volume, assay requirements, appearance and time requirements.
- Perform labeling of routing and special components and quarantine of unacceptable components.
- Perform meaningful tasks that connects you to community.
- Thrive in a highly regulated environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years previous experience in Healthcare or Laboratory preferred.
- Able to perform data input accurately.
- Medical Lab Technician or Medical Assistant credentials preferred.
- Ability to follow SOP and recognize potential deviations.
