Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, hands-on expertise with QuickBooks Desktop , and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Experience with inventory management and ordering is preferred but not required. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records


• Process accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner


• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations


• Collaborate with management to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy


• Track and manage inventory levels (preferred)


• Handle ordering and vendor communications (preferred)


• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (minimum 2 years hands-on experience required)


• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, plus 3–5 years of related experience


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills


• Effective verbal and written communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software


• Inventory and ordering experience a plus


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday Day Shift (On-site only; no remote work)
