Your Role: Bartender:

As a Bartender at Ryan’s Creek House, you’re the life of the party — the face guests look forward to seeing, the expert behind every perfect pour, and the key to creating memorable nights.

You’ll craft drinks, engage guests, and deliver exceptional service with personality and precision. Whether you’re shaking up a signature cocktail or recommending a local brew, you’ll represent what Ryan’s is all about — great drinks, great energy, and great people.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and with flair.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Monitor alcohol service responsibly in line with RAMP standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, upbeat attitude and love for working with people.
• Bartending experience preferred (but we’ll train the right personality).
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and spirits a plus.
• Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• RAMP certification preferred upon hire (required within 60 days).
