Your Role

• Lead daily pharmacy workflow and ensure smooth operations
• Perform prescription verification with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency , ensuring patient safety and smooth workflow
• Provide thoughtful patient counseling
• Support and mentor pharmacy technicians
• Collaborate with prescribers on patient-specific solutions
• Supportive involvement in compounding, supplements, or expanded clinical services (experience welcome, not required)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (2026 graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, sound clinical judgment
• Team-oriented leadership style
• Alignment with mission statement and core values
• Desire to practice pharmacy in an ethical, patient-focused environment
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
