Role:

This is a client facing role as a lead, where you will be the primary bridge between financial strategy and business execution.

• You will collaborate with entrepreneurs to build robust financial frameworks, including multi-year forecasts, performance dashboards, and actionable KPIs.
• You will oversee specialized accounting projects such as monthly close redesigns, audit readiness, and cash-to-accrual transformations.
• You will be a lead in identify and implement improvements in finance functions and internal controls to drive higher enterprise value.
• You will conduct high-level modeling for cash flow forecasting, segment profitability, and ownership transition scenarios.
• You’ll perform outsourced controllership functions such as the accounting close and financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years in a blend of accounting and financial planning roles.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or professional services environment.
• Master's, MBA or CPA certification are highly preferred by not required

Compensation :
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, annual bonus upwards of 20-30%, as well as a GREAT medical, dental, vision, wellness, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.

Working Situation :
This will be an in office position with some flexibility.
