Senior Developer (all genders)
- You will work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, UI/UX experts and product owners on high-quality software solutions.
- You will help our customers to design and implement complex and versatile software projects.
- You will live with us the agile software development in daily scrums, reviews with customers and retrospectives with the support of our agile coaches.
- You design long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally.
- You use DevOps methods to quickly add value to end users and get feedback.
- You will implement new and stable technologies in appropriate positions.
- You will work self-organized in your project team and take on responsibility.
- You will actively help to shape XITASO.
- You have several years of practical experience in software development.
- You find yourself in our technology stack and would like to expand it.
- You have a broad understanding of technology and concepts and follow current developments.
- You live high quality; what this includes for you is unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, refactoring, conceptual clarity, and modular architectures.
- You enjoy working on challenging architectural issues together with your team and project stakeholders.
- You coach less experienced colleagues and help them on their way to becoming a Senior Software Engineer.
- You have the ambition to constantly develop yourself, e.g., through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, research, etc.
- You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism, and accept feedback.
- Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
