Office Assistant/CSR
Position Overview:
Exam One Worldwide / DKN Paramedical Services is seeking an experienced Office Assistant with some medical office experience for a "PART-TIME" position. This position is **not suitable for entry-level CSR candidates**. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Position includes working with 1 other employee, able to work independently as needed, and handling daily office responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM.
- Additional weekday hours may be available based on office volume and office responsibilities.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly compensation based on medical/office experience, computer knowledge, and customer service skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and do data entry
- Take messages off voicemail and return calls, and document in the ExamOne portal
- Compose and respond to emails using professional language, proper grammar, and appropriate business etiquette.
- Maintain strict compliance with quality assurance, privacy, and adhere to HIPAA and PHI guidelines
- Provide accurate information regarding our services and procedures
- Be able to learn and work proficiently in our ExamOne portal system
- Assist examiners with questions and reviewing paperwork
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Provide positive customer and applicant experience
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision as needed
- Strong attention to detail and professional insurance applicant, patient, and agent interaction skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is needed
- Ship out supplies as needed to mobile examiners
- Recent office experience of 2-3 years
Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Successful completion of a urine drug screening.
