Class A Dedicated Regional Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a full-time dedicated regional truck driving position. This role supports a dedicated account with weekly home time, predictable routes, and full employee benefits. Routes originate and terminate in Front Royal, VA, and operate through MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN and KY. Freight is all no‑touch; the majority of loads are refrigerated (reefer).

• Job details:
  • Dedicated regional routes starting/ending in Front Royal, VA
  • No‑touch freight; majority refrigerated loads
  • Office staff and maintenance team on site
  • Weekly home time with guaranteed 34‑hour reset
  • Assigned late‑model tractors available when assigned
• Primary duties:
  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
  • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance expectations
  • Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers, and maintenance
  • Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards for damage‑free deliveries
  • Secure and park tractor/trailer at an approved, safe location near home when required
• Compensation and benefits:
  • Average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,600 (direct deposit)
  • Detention pay: $20 per hour after 2 hours (on backhauls only)

• Minimum qualifications:
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
  • Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year
  • Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screening
  • Reliable, professional attitude toward customers, dispatch, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and experience driving at night
  • Access to a safe and secure parking location for tractor/trailer near home
