SYNLawn Pittsburgh is the exclusive distributor and an installer of SYNLawn artificial grass in Western Pennsylvania. We are a division of Eisler Landscapes , a company celebrating its 100th Anniversary in 2026 .

We install high-end synthetic turf projects, ranging from luxury backyard putting greens and pet runs to commercial playgrounds, rooftops, and sports surfaces. We are backed by a century of stability and old-fashioned values.

The Opportunity:
We are actively looking for Experienced Turf Installers . Whether you are a Foreman capable of running a crew or a skilled Installer who knows the trade, we have a spot for you. We are ready to hire multiple skilled people immediately.

We Want To Talk To You If You Have Experience With:

• Sports Fields: If you have installed football, soccer, or baseball fields, you know how to handle large rolls, prep a base, and glue a seam. We value that heavy-duty experience.
• Golf Greens & Landscapes: If you have built putting greens or residential lawns, you understand the "Art of Turf"—hiding seams, cutting clean edges, and perfecting the finish.
• Carpentry / Golf Simulators: Experience with indoor golf simulators or detailed carpentry is a huge plus. This precision work translates perfectly to our high-end custom putting greens.
• Playgrounds: If you have installed safety surfacing or playground turf, you have the detail-oriented mindset we need for our commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of synthetic turf systems (Base preparation, precision cutting, seaming, infill).
• Operation of skid steers and power tools.
• Communication with clients (for Foreman level).
• Maintaining a high standard of quality—no visible seams, no wrinkles.
