CNC Machinist
Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA (15642). If you have a passion for precision and a knack for operating CNC machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
