Dart is powering up a new paper plate manufacturing Center of Excellence, and we’re hiring Machine Operators who want to grow with us from day one.

 

We’re looking for driven, detail-focused operators who are passionate about running high-speed equipment, ensuring product quality, and keeping production on point. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in doing great work, this is the opportunity for you.

• Pay starting at $21 per hour, with an additional $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts

What you’ll do…

• Operate and monitor high-speed equipment
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
• Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
• Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures
• Use SAP to complete production processes

What you’ll need…

• Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
• Level II: 2+ years of experience or technical training
• Level III: 3+ years of experience with specialized machinery (e.g., thermoforming, injection molding)
